Our Process - From contract to completion
Site Visit and Project Assessment
After you’ve received your quote, we schedule you for a site visit so our team can meet with you, take precise measurements, make note of any details, and initiate dialog about your specific project. After our technician measures the perfect placement for your fence or railing, we’ll send you a formal proposal and price, including everything you need for your system.If you’re outside of our installation zone, we will ask you for a basic drawing of your system and the precise linear footage. This way, we can determine the panel quantities and dimensions that you need to make your project perfect.
Deposit
Congrats! Once you place your deposit, you are officially on your way to owning a brand-new StyleGuard glass fence or railing. We communicate closely with you to schedule our next visit to your property.
Layout and Design
When we revisit your property, we conduct a basic blue tape layout to map out the path of your fence and railing. This helps us determine the amount of hardware and individual glass panels you need. Unless your project requires specialty components, we often install the hardware same-day. At our factory, we begin cutting your glass panels to spec.If you are not using our installation services, we will work with you to design your system based on your drawings and measurements. Once you confirm the dimensions and panels we have proposed, we ship the hardware straight to you and begin cutting your glass.
Final Installation
Once your hardware is in place and our factory has finished cutting your ultra-clear StyleGuard glass, our team will come back one last time to drop your glass in place. Congratulations on your new glass railing!
Maintenance and Insurance
All of our projects come with a warranty on the materials and installation. Once your railing or fence is installed and you’re happy with the final product, your warranty activates after your final payment.
